Vacation
All regular employees are granted paid vacations, the length of which depends upon the employee's length of service.
Floating Holidays
Employees are also eligible to use up to three floating holidays each year for religious observances, dependent care, vacation, or to meet other time-off needs. Floating holidays may be taken at any time with management's advance approval.
