Filing Claims
In most cases, it is not necessary to file a claim for in-network care. When you receive out-of-network services, you are responsible for paying the full cost at the time you receive care. Then you must submit a claim form for reimbursement.
Go to the Forms section to obtain claim forms. Forms are also available:
  • on the Human Resources Portal of The McGraw-Hill Companies Intranet,
  • from the HRSC at 1-888-THE-HRSC (1-888-843-4772), and
  • from your coverage administrator at the number on your ID card.
