Eligibility	EAP benefits are available to all employees of the corporation and their family members.
Services Offered	The EAP is a confidential assessment and referral service designed to help you and your immediate family members resolve personal issues that may affect your health, family life, or job performance.
Confidentiality	Services provided through the EAP are strictly confidential. Information about you or your family members will not be released unless you give written permission or unless the law requires it.

Mental Health/Substance Abuse Benefits

Additional Mental Health and Substance Abuse benefits, also administered by ValueOptions, are available to those who enroll for medical coverage. For more information, see Medical Coverage in this section. You will receive Mental Health benefits that align with the medical option you select. You do not enroll separately for Mental Health benefits.
