With Custom Care Coordination, qualified Registered Nurse Advocates are available to help you understand your condition and treatment options and guide you through the complexities of the healthcare system. Have a serious or chronic condition? Call 1–866–328–6575 to speak with a Registered Nurse Advocate who is specially trained to help you understand your condition, explore treatment options, and coordinate your care. But don't be surprised if you get a call first. A nurse may contact you based on a review by United-Healthcare of your medical or prescription claims. All one-on-one counseling is conducted by phone at no cost to you. Any contact you have with your Registered Nurse Advocate or Custom Care Coordination is strictly confidential.
