As you decide about your vision coverage, consider the following:

Can I get adequate coverage elsewhere, such as through my spouse's employer's plan?

How much will eye exams and glasses cost without the Vision Plan? How does that compare with the cost of coverage?

What vision care expenses could be reimbursed through a Healthcare FSA? Do I enroll in the Vision Plan rather than use an FSA to cover vision care expenses or do I use some combination of the two?

Is my eye care provider part of the VSP network? If not, do I mind switching to one who is?

Do I need to cover my family members, or can they be covered by another plan?
